You won’t be bombarded with reams of management theory or financial spreadsheets – instead you’ll receive pragmatic advice and practical solutions. And if we can’t help you, we’ll gladly open our ‘little black book’ of tried and tested suppliers and recommend someone who can.
If you believe there are more efficient ways for your practice to be managed, or if you have specific projects but don’t have the time to complete them yourself, feel free to pick our brains or use us as a sounding board. While we don’t disclose details of firms we work with without their permission, we welcome the opportunity to come to your office and share ideas. Our fee for the first meeting is a coffee (and you’ll find our subsequent costs also very reasonable).
